As part of linux.conf.au 2019 Christchurch, my CfP submission on open source voice using Mycroft AI was accepted.

This talk covered challenges in open source voice throughout the voice stack, including;

• Wake Words and challenges in accuracy
• Speech to text and challenges with slang and accents
• Intent parsers and intent disambiguation
• Text to Speech and the role of open source voice in saving endangered languages.
